Chief Marketing Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Madrid with flexibility for some remote work. As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead our Marketing Department and drive our overall brand strategy. You will oversee market planning, research, public relations, marketing management and sales. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with our brand pillars and mission.

 

Qualifications

  • Market Planning and Marketing Management experienced over 5 years.
  • Experience in Market Research and Public Relations.
  • Sales skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience of a minimum of 2 years in the fashion or lifestyle industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field from a top 20 European universities; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience of a minimum of 5 years with social media platforms and content management systems and content creation.
  • Highly experienced in digital marketing principles and SEO, and influencer marketing.
  • Proficient in Shopify, with a keen eye for design and the ability to keep our website fresh and exciting.
  • Experience or knowledge of creative studio tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in video editing tools such as iMovie, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret campaign analytics using relevant tools and platforms.
  • Strong research skills, especially in conducting comprehensive research on various fields.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, such as events, production and photoshoots.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest and understanding of Mediterranean culture and craftsmanship.
  • English is a must. Two of the following Mediterranean languages is a must: Spanish, French, Italian, Greek or Turkish.
