Se trata de un puesto híbrido a tiempo completo ubicado en Madrid, con flexibilidad para teletrabajar parcialmente. Como Director de Marketing, liderarás nuestro Departamento de Marketing e impulsarás nuestra estrategia de marca. Supervisarás la planificación de mercado, la investigación, las relaciones públicas, la gestión de marketing y las ventas. También colaborarás con otros departamentos para garantizar la alineación con los pilares y la misión de nuestra marca.
Cualificaciones
- Planificación de Mercado y Gestión de Marketing con experiencia de más de 5 años.
- Experiencia en Investigación de Mercados y Relaciones Públicas.
- Habilidades y experiencia en ventas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y colaboración.
- Se prefiere experiencia de un mínimo de 2 años en la industria de la moda o estilo de vida.
- Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicaciones, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado de una de las 20 mejores universidades europeas; maestría es un plus.
- Experiencia de un mínimo de 5 años con plataformas de redes sociales y sistemas de gestión de contenido y creación de contenido.
- Amplia experiencia en principios de marketing digital y SEO y marketing de influencers.
- Competente en Shopify, con un buen ojo para el diseño y la capacidad de mantener nuestro sitio web fresco y emocionante.
- Experiencia o conocimiento de herramientas de estudio creativo es un plus.
- Competente en herramientas de edición de vídeo como iMovie, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
- Capacidad para analizar e interpretar análisis de campañas utilizando herramientas y plataformas relevantes.
- Sólidas habilidades de investigación, especialmente en la realización de investigaciones exhaustivas en diversos campos.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y proyectos simultáneamente, como eventos, producción y sesiones fotográficas.
- Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con equipos multifuncionales.
- Interés y comprensión de la cultura y artesanía mediterránea.
- Imprescindible saber inglés. Imprescindible saber dos de los siguientes idiomas mediterráneos: español, francés, italiano, griego o turco.
